物流企业绩效评价方法的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Performance Evaluation Methods of Logistics Enterprise

物流企业绩效评价涉及众多因素,使用基于参数假设的评价方法由于容易受到评价者主观因素的影响而导致评价结果不够理想。文章简述了数据包络分析(DEA)方法的基本原理和模型,分析了将DEA应用于物流企业绩效评价的可行性和优越性,进而利用DEA中的C2R模型和C2GS2模型对若干个同类型的物流企业进行评价分析。实证分析表明:该方法可以有效地评价不同企业间物流系统的相对规模效益和技术有效性,并可以找出其非DEA有效的影响因素,并能给出相应的改进措施,评价结果较为客观、合理。

Performance evaluation of logistics enterprise involves many factors, because of the subjective factors influence from e- valuators, the evaluation results are not satisfactory with the use of evaluation method based on parameter assumptions. This paper summarized the basic principle of data envelopment analysis, and pointed out the feasibility and superiority of DEA applying in the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise. Then use the CER model and C2GS~ model to make a comparative analysis, the example indicated that this method can appraise effectively in relative scale benefit and the technical validity between different logistics enterprise system, which can identify its Non-DEA effective factors, and give the corresponding improvements, the evalua- tion results is relatively objective and reasonable.：
