摘要
实践教学是决定应用型本科院校能否转型成功的关键,作为实践教学主体,教师的实践教学能力对于教学效果的提升具有直接影响。分析面临转型的普通本科院校教师实践教学能力缺失的原因,并从实践教学主体、管理体制、经济环境等多维度探索应用型本科院校教师实践教学能力的培养措施,以提升教师实践教学能力和应用型人才培养质量。
Practice teaching is the key to decide whether the success of transformation in application-oriented college, and the practice teaching capability of teachers has a direct impact on enhancing the effect of practice teaching. This paper analyses the reason teachers are lack of practice teaching capability facing transformation in general universities and colleges, and puts forward some measures from the main body of practice teaching, management system, economic environment etc to enhance teachers practice teaching capability in order to improve teachers practical teaching ability and cultivation quality of application talents.
