摘要
应急物流系统服务能力的强弱直接关系到能否有效控制突发性事件,进而减小损失,避免灾难影响的扩大。文章针对应急物流系统服务能力评价展开研究。构建评价体系,运用人工智能学中的云模型确定系统评价因子的权重,同时利用云发生器实现评语的定性定量的转换;进而提出基于云模型的系统评价步骤,并通过算例展现评价过程,从而为应急物流系统的持续改进提供有针对性的建议和借鉴。
The level of emergency logistics system Service ca, pability will directly decide whether we can control the Vari ous emergencies effectively to minimize the losses and makeus far away from disasters. The paper makes a research on the evaluation to the service capability of emergency logistics system. It establishes an evaluation index system, and introduces the cloud model into the research to obtain the weights of the factors, and establishes the qualitative and quantitative conversion of the influence factors strength; raises the process to evaluating the emergency logistics system using cloud model： in the end. using an example to show the process of the evaluation, and help us lind out the weakness of the system to make a continuous improvement of the system.
