“实货制”下铁路货运物流化发展研究

Study on the Development of Railway Freight Logistics in the“Real-freight System”

文章首先对铁路货运改革提出的"实货制"概念进行解读,得出"实货制"的特性——网络化和物流化。其次分析我国铁路货运目前的发展现状和存在的问题,阐述铁路货运物流化的必要性和可行性。最后提出成立适应现代物流的货运公司、成立适应现代物流的货运中心和搭建适应现代物流的网络信息平台,加速我国铁路货运物流化进程,进一步促进铁路货运物流化更快的发展,更好地适应我国社会主义市场经济体制和快速地融入国际物流体系。

This paper first introduces the concept of the ＂re- al-freight system＂ that has been put forward in railway freightreform and sums up its features-networking and logistics. Then, the author presents the current situation and existing problems in China＇s railway freight system and makes an in- depth analysis of the necessity and feasibility of railway freight logistics. At last, this paper proposes to establish transport companies, fright centers and network information platforms that adapt to modern logistics, so as to speed up the process of railway freight logistics in China, further pro- mote the development of railway freight logistics, and better fit in with China＇s socialist market economy system and connect to international logistics system.
