清肺止咳丸配合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的研究

Study on Qingfei Zhike Pills Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Cough Variant Asthma

目的:探讨清肺止咳丸配合穴位贴敷对咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗作用。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年9月的120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,随机分为两组,每组各60例,治疗组应用清肺止咳丸配合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组应用肺力咳胶囊治疗,两组均以10 d为一疗程,2个疗程后统计结果。结果:治疗组总疗效及主要症状评分、LCQ测评及各单项指标评分、小气道通气状况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数均有改善。结论:清肺止咳丸配合穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of Qingfei Zhike pills with acupoint application on cough variant asthma. Method：120 cases of cough variant asthma patients were selected from January 2013 to Semptember 2014 and were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The treatment group（TP） which were treated by Qingfei Zhike pills combined with acupoint application method and the control group（CP） which were treated by a Chinese patent drug called the capsule of Feilike. One course contained 10 days,the data analyzed statistically after the two groups were being treated for 2 courses. Result： The TP total curative effect and the main symptom scores, LCQ evaluation score and each index score,and small airway ventilation condition were better than that in the CP. There was a significant differences between the two group（P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients with peripheral blood eosinophilia granulocyte count were improved.Conclusion：Qingfei Zhike pills combined with acupoint application has a better curative effect in treating cough variant asthma.
