Neuropilin-1及其免疫调节机制的研究

摘要 Neuropilin-1(NRP-1)又称为神经纤毛蛋白,是一种非酪氨酸激酶跨膜多功能糖蛋白。其在多种肿瘤组织与免疫细胞上高表达,它作为一个多功能受体,通过独立或依靠其他配体分子的方式,在各种实体肿瘤、血液系统肿瘤及免疫学等方面中发挥重要作用。本文就NRP-1及其配体在肿瘤发生和免疫调节方面的作用机制研究作一综述。
