思想政治工作是完成各项工作的根本因素,在实际工作中,思想工作的效果并不明显。本文对思想政治工作有效性缺失的原因做了如下分析:缺乏有效性的表现主要有:群众不想听、不感兴趣、不接受、认为解决不了实际问题。造成有效性缺乏的原因可以从教育者和受教育者两个方面去分析。如何增强思想政治工作的有效性:一是把握方向,提高工作的针对性;二是找准群众的需求点,增强吸引力;三是改进教育方法,增强说服力;四是提升素质,增强人格力。

Ideological and political work is the fundamental factor of accomplishing all the work, but in practical work, the effect of ideological work is less impressive. This paper analyzes the lack of effectiveness in ideological and political work, resulting from people＇s low interest in it as they think that it cannot solve practi-cal problems. The reasons of the above situation can be analyzed from educators and the educated. As for how to enhance the ef-fectiveness of ideological and political work, the first is to grasp the direction, in order to improve the pertinence of work; the sec-ond is to find people＇s demands, in order to improve its appeal;the third is to improve the education methods, in order to enhance its persuasiveness; the fourth is to improve qualities and enhance personality power.
