崇德修身,做学生欢迎的好教师

Being a Good Teacher Liked by Students through Upholding Morality and Being Self-disciplined

教师的职业特性决定了教师必须是道德高尚的人群,合格的老师首先应该是道德上的合格者,好老师首先应该是以德施教、以德立身的楷模。2014年9月9日,习近平总书记在与北京师范大学师生代表座谈的重要讲话中提出了四条做好教师的标准,其中一条是"做好老师,要有道德情操"。笔者就如何加强道德修养、做学生欢迎之师从四个方面进行探讨。

Teachers are supposed 1o be the group of people with high morality. A qualified teacher must be qualified in morality. On September 9, 2014, Xi Jinping put forward four standards of good teachers at the symposium with the teachers and students of Beijing Normal University. One of the standards is ＂to be a good teacher, be a moral man first＂. The thesis is discussing how to improve one＇s morality and he a good teacher that students like.
