农村教育问题是我国教育工作面临的重点问题,农村中小学教师是农村教育成败的关键,然而,由于文化历史以及地域性差异、经济发展滞后、教育改革落实不够等多种原因,农村教师的现状堪忧,出现了工作和生活压力增大,主力教师流失,教育质量下降等现象。在新时期,需要全社会共同努力,给予农村教育和农村教师以更多的关心和支持。

Rural education is a key part in China＇s education, and rural primary and secondary school teachers determine whether rural education will be successful or not, however, due to cultural, historical and regional differences, backward economic develop-ment, and ineffective implementation of education reform, the current situation of rural teachers is worrisome, such as increas-ing pressure from work and life, drain of backbone teachers, and decline in education quality. In the new period, all walks of life should work together to provide more care and support for rural education and rural teachers.
