摘要 幼儿同伴冲突是幼儿交往中的一种社会互动形式,在幼儿的交往活动中起着十分重要的作用。幼儿冲突的良好解决有助于幼儿冲突交往能力的提高。然而,由于幼儿的思维还处在以自我为中心的阶段,认知水平很低,同时缺乏生活经验,于是需要在幼儿园教师的引导下解决问题。教师合理有效地应对幼儿冲突,将有助于促进幼儿社会性发展。本研究通过观察和收集资料,对幼儿冲突的特点和影响因素进行分析,并研究了当前教师应对幼儿冲突的经验,发现其中的有效措施和不足之处。针对研究者提出相应的解决措施,使得教师能够积极合理地应对幼儿冲突,促进幼儿社会性发展。 The conflict among children, as a form of their social interaction, plays a vital role in their communication. To properly deal with children's conflicts helps to improve their ability of communication. However, due to the fact that children's thinking is still at the self-centered stage with low cognitive level and a lack of life experience, so they need to solve problems under the guidance of kindergarten teachers, whose proper and effective handling of children's conflicts will promote the social develop-ment of children. Through observing and collecting materials, this paper analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of chil-dren's conflicts, and studied the current teachers' experience in dealing with children's conflicts, in order to find the effective measures and shortcomings in it. The writer also proposed corre-sponding solutions, aiming to help teachers actively and properly deal with children's conflicts and promote children's social de-velopment.
