摘要
当前我国学校教育中存在不少问题:一方面,学校出于安全教育大环境、升学教育大环境、优质教育大环境的考虑限制或禁止了许多本应开展的教育教学活动,从而使学生的身心健康全面发展受到限制;另一方面,在教学管理过程中,大力提倡课程改革以期提高学生的综合素质,然而在评价学校和老师的大环境中过于重结果轻过程,造成管理上较为粗放,缺乏必要的方法指导和心理疏导,与当前的课程改革理念相悖。下文与您共同探讨这些现象。
There are many problems in the current school educa-tion in China: on the one hand, the school is in the safe education environment, but the consideration of enrollment education and quality education has limited or prohibited many education and teaching activities that should have been carried out, thus limiting the overall healthy physical and psychological development of students; on the other hand, in the process of teaching manage-ment, the curriculum reform is vigorously promoted in order to improve the comprehensive quality of students, however, in the evaluation of schools and teachers, excessive emphases are laid on results instead of process, resulting in more extensive man-agement, and lack of necessary guidance and psychological counseling, which contradicts the current concept of curriculum reform. This paper mainly deals with these phenomena.
