关于目前我国高校教师资格认定存在的几点问题及思考

Reflections on Several Problems Existing in the Current College Teacher Qualification Confirmation in China

教师资格制度是我国教师认定的一项重要制度,随着高等教育的迅速发展,资格认定工作也进一步地得到了加强与深化,随之而来的就是发展过程中出现的一些问题。本文结合实际,分析目前我国高校教师资格认定制度存在的问题,并就如何改进和完善教师资格制度提出几点思考。

Teacher qualification system is an important system to certify teachers in our country. The work of confirmation of quali-fication has further been intensified and deepened with the fast development of higher education, but some problems ensue dur-ing the development. Combined with the actual conditions, this paper will analyze the existing obstacles as for the qualification confirmation system of college teachers in our country at present, and put forward several points of consideration pertaining to how to improve and complete the teacher qualification system.
