Constructing the Teaching Quality Guarantee System between the Cooperation of Police Colleges and Public Security Bureaus

校局合作是公安高校培养高素质的应用型公安专门人才的重要途径。文章通过对校局合作存在问题的理性审视,通过对校局合作的特点、原则、存在的问题等的理性审视,构建政府、公安机关、公安高校三方共同参与的校局合作内、外部教学质量保障体系。

The cooperation of police colleges and public security bureaus is an important way for police colleges to cultivate high-quality, applied and specialized talents for public security. By rationally examining the existing problems, features and prin-ciples of the cooperation of police colleges and public security bureaus, this paper constructs an internal and external teaching quality guarantee system cooperated by the government, public security bureaus and police colleges.
