Investigation on the Learning Motivation of Postgraduate Students and Analysis on the Countermeasures

随着高校的逐年扩招,研究生数量也随之攀升,目前学生中出现的学习动力不足现象越来越明显,由此导致的学生培养质量下降的情况已开始影响到高端人才的信任危机,针对此种问题本文将展开研究并讨论相应的对策。

With the expansion of university enrollment year by year, the number of postgraduate students is increasing conse-quently, but the deficiency of learning motivation among students is increasingly apparent, leading to the quality decline in student cultivation, and the confidence crisis of high-end talents. This paper mainly studies the above issues and discusses correspond-ing countermeasures.
