摘要
自开放教育资源诞生之日起,开放教育资源的发展就与大学文化联系在一起,带上了大学文化的色彩,接受着大学文化的影响,由此可以明确大学文化与开放教育资源的密切关系。基于大学文化的认识论和政治论的取向,可以从本质上厘清开放教育资源的发展目标,明晰开放教育资源的发展路径,包括基于利他主义的发展路径、基于经济效益的发展路径、基于生态哲学的发展路径。面对现实的挑战与机遇,中国开放教育资源需要通过对大学文化进行选择、吸收和融合以完成主体需要的满足,实现对大学文化价值与意义的理解和内化,最终拥有了可持续的文化发展之路。
Since the birth of OER, the development of OER has been closely related to university culture, bearing the features of university culture and accepting the influence of university culture. Based on epistemology and political orientation of university culture, the objectives of OER development can be clarified, and development path of OER can be clear, including altruism-based development path, economic benefits-based development path, ecological philosophy-based development path, and new public service theory-based development path. Facing the challenges and opportunities of reality, OER in China should meet the needs of main body through selection, absorption and fusion of university culture, and realize the understanding and internalization the value and significance of university culture, and finally form a sustainable cultural development path.
