摘要
森林经营是一种战略性的、长远的规划 ,是一项复杂的系统工程 ,必须考虑其全局性、长远性和针对性 ,为使森林经营方案更为科学、实用、可行 ,满足林业经营管理的需要 ,基于GIS的经营优化与辅助决策系统是编制森林经营方案的一种有效方法和途径。系统以Citys tar软件和VisualFoxpro为平台 ,以Powerbuilder为开发语言 ,利用OLE/ODBC技术进行系统集成 ,建立森林经营优化与辅助决策系统 ,包括数据库管理、优化与辅助决策、图形制作 3个子系统 ,为森林经营方案的编制及生产管理、技术管理。
Based on the characteristics of forest management,this paper builds up a Forest Management Optimization and Subsidiary Decision making System(FOSDS),Which takes Citystar and Visual Foxpro as the workbench,Powerbuilder as programming language,and uses OLE/ODBC technology to process system integration. The system consists of three subsystems,including database management,optmization & subsidiary decision making and map making subsystem,and offers the means of production management,technology management and plan management.
