摘要
根据截至2013年底的国标明细库调查研究发现,我国的国家标准在采用国际国外标准的过程中,存在合规风险。本文指出我国国家标准采用国际国外标准可能面临的合规问题,并针对各个问题给出了政策建议。
There are compliance risks when international standards and advanced foreign standards are developed into national standards according to the National Standard Library at the end of 2013. This paper points out the compliance problems of national standards adopting international and foreign standards, giving the policy suggestions for each problem.
