摘要
本文介绍和分析了目前总承包单位在投标阶段技术管理的常用做法和问题,提出了投标阶段技术管理标准化的两个主要方面。着重介绍了流程标准化和文档标准化的实施要点,论述了技术经理和审核工程师在其中所扮演的角色,阐述了投标阶段技术标准化管理的重要意义。
The paper analyzes the common methods and existing problems of the technical management of chief eontractor during bidding period, and puts forward two main fields of technical management, including the key implement points for program standardization and document standardization. Also it discusses the role, of technical manager and consult engineer, proving the importance of technical standardization management in the bidding period.
