摘要
为研究综放工作面支架支护阻力对顶煤冒放性的影响,本文以义煤集团义安矿22011工作面为研究对象,采用FLAC3D数值模拟对不同支护阻力下顶煤的塑性破坏区进行分析,分析结果表明:当支护阻力在0~3000kN时,下部煤体大都处于拉伸破坏状态,顶煤基本处于塑性破坏状态,有冒落的危险;当支护阻力在4000~5000kN时,顶煤体大部分仍处于塑性破坏状态,但由于支架支护阻力的增大,在煤体中已出现了被破碎煤体包括的整块的未破坏煤体,可表现出较好的冒放性。
To study the mechanized caving face support resistance to the impact of Top Coal Caving, the paper justice Ngee Ann Coal Mine 22011 Face for the study, the use of plastic FLAC3D numerical simulation under different top coal support resistance damage zone analysis and the results showed that:when support resistance at 0~3000kN, the lower part of the coal mostly in tensile failure state, basically at the top coal plastic failure state, run the risk of falling;when in 4000 to support resistance when 5000kN, most are still in top coal plastic failure state, but because of the increased resistance of the stent support in coal has appeared to be broken piece of coal, including the destruction of coal is not, and can demonstrate good the caving.
