消瘀散与双柏散治疗急性软组织损伤疗效比较的实验研究 被引量:7

Efficacy of Xiaoyu Powder Compared with Shuangbai Powder on Acute Soft Tissue Injury

摘要 目的:观察"消瘀散"、"双柏散"对兔急性软组织损伤的治疗效果。方法:24只家兔行物理打击造模后按完全随机化设计分为A组(消瘀散组)、B组(双柏散组)及C组(空白组),各8只,各组分别用消瘀散膏、双柏散膏、空白贴剂外敷(凡士林),敷药后第3、5天作大体观察评分、光镜下组织病理评分、血液流变检测。评分数据用SPSS 17.0统计软件统计。结果:各时相大体观察评分、第3天光镜下组织病理评分A、B组明显优于C组(P<0.01),A组明显优于B组(P<0.01),第5天光镜下组织病理评分A、B组明显优于C组(P<0.01),A、B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血液流变显示:第3天各项指标A组明显低于B、C组(P<0.01),除全血粘度(中切)外,B组明显优于C组(P<0.01),用药后第5天纤维蛋白原、全血粘度(中、高切)A组明显低于B组,毛细管血浆粘度A组与B组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),纤维蛋白原、全血粘度(低、中切)B组明显优于C组(P<0.01),全血粘度(高切)、毛细管血浆粘度B组与C组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"消瘀散"、"双柏散"对急性血瘀证模型(新西兰大白兔)均有较好疗效,两者相比,"消瘀散"比"双柏散"疗效更突出,且显效更快。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of "Xiaoyu powder" compared with "Shuangbai powder" on acute soft tissue injury treatment in rabbits. Methods: All 24 rabbits underwent the physical molding were randomly divided into group A (Xiaoyu powder group, n=8), B group (Shuangbai powder group, n=8) and C group (control group, n=8). The rabbits in group A were treated with Xiaoyu powder ointment, the group B with Shuangbai powder ointment, and the group C with blank patch application (Vaseline). The general observation scores, histopathology scores under light microscope, and blood rheology were involved in the third and the fifth days after the treatment. The statistical evaluation was per- formed by software SPSS17.0. Results: The histopathology scores in group A and group B were higher than that in group C (P〈0.01), while that in group A was higher than group B (P〈0.01) in the third day. The histopathology scores in group A and group B were higher than that in group C (P〈0. 01), while there was no statistical differences in histopa- thology score between group A and group B (P〉0.05) in the fifth day. Each index of blood rheology in group A was lower than that in group B and group C (P〈0.01), while the index in group B was higher than that in group C except whole blood viscosity (P〈 0.01) in the third day. There were statistical differences in fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity and capillary plasma viscosity between group A and group B (P〈0.05), while there were statistical differences between group B and group C (P〈0.05) in the fifth day. Conclusion: "Xiaoyu powder" and "Shuangbai powder" are useful on a-cute blood stasis model (rabbit), and "Xiaoyu powder" is better than "Shuangbai powder".
