腰椎终板角与腰椎间盘突出的相关性探讨

Lumbar Endplate Angle Correlation of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 探讨分析腰椎终板角与腰椎间盘突出的相关性。方法 选取我院2012年6月至2013年6月间收治的40例腰椎间盘突出患者为观察组。另选取同期来院进行体检的40例健康志愿者为对照组,对两组的腰椎进行CT扫描和三维重建,测量比较两组腰椎终板角及椎间隙高度。结果 两组腰椎终板角在L5~S1数值最小,在L3~L4数值最大;两组椎间隙高度在L1~L2数值最小,在L4~L5数值最大,呈递增趋势;两组腰椎终板角及椎间隙高度比较,P〈0.05具有显著性差异,有统计学意义。结论 腰椎终板角与腰椎间盘突出存在相关性,腰椎终板角的大小及椎间隙的高度能够反映出腰椎间盘突出症的严重程度。

Objective To study the correlation analysis of lumbar endplate angle and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 year 40 cases of lumbar disc herniation as the observation group. Another 40 healthy volunteers were selected to come to hospital for physical examination during the same period as the control group, CT scan and 3D reconstruction of lumbar vertebrae in two groups were compared between the two groups, the measurement of lumbar endplate angle and intervertebral space height.Results The two groups of lumbar endplate angle in the L5-S1 minimum value, maximum value in the L3-L4; two groups of intervertebral space height at L1-L2 minimum value, maximum value in L4-L5, showed an increasing trend; the two lumbar endplate angle and intervertebral space height isP＆lt;0.05, with a signiifcant difference, there was statistical signiifcance.Conclusion Lumbar endplate angle and the correlation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, size and intervertebral lumbar endplate angle level can relfect the severity of lumbar protrusion of the intervertebral disc.
