52例胃癌患者术后腹腔热灌注化疗联合静脉化疗的临床观察

Observation of the Hyperthermic Peritoneal Perfusion Chemotherapy Combined with Intravenous Chemotherapy in 52 Gastric Cancer Patients

目的分析探讨腹腔热灌注化疗联合静脉化疗在胃癌患者术后化疗过程中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院从2010年1月至2012年12月收治的52例胃癌手术患者做为研究对象。按照入院顺序分为治疗组30例与对照组22例,对照组患者应用静脉化疗方法治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的治疗方法的基础上联合应用腹腔热灌注化疗方法治疗。对比两组患者5年的转移率与存活率及局部复发情况,治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者的5年存活率高于对照组,5年转移率和局部复发率低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔热灌注化疗联合静脉化疗在胃癌患者术后治疗过程中临床效果好,提高了患者的长期生存率并降低了局部复发率,对于胃癌患者来说是一种安全、有效的术后化疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical efficacy of hyperthermic peritoneal pertuslon cnemomerapy comomeo wire intravenous chemotherapy in gastric cancer patients. Methods 52 patients of gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as research objects. 22 cases were assigned into the treatment group and 30 patients into the control group according to the order of admission. In the control group patients received intravenous chemotherapy while in the treatment group patients were treated with combination therapy of hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy and intravenous chemotherapy. The 5-year survival rate, metastasis rate, local recurrence and adverse events during the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The patients in the treatment group demonstrated higher 5-year survival rate, lower metastasis and local recurrence rate than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction of two groups of patients were similar, the difference was not statistically significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy curing gastric cancer patients demonstrated promising clinical efficacy and improved long-term survival, and reduced the local recurrence rate. The combination therapy is a safe and effective postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients.
