胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的远期成本效益分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨持续皮下胰岛素泵输注(CSⅡ)与胰岛素每日多点注射(MDI)治疗2型糖尿病的远期成本效益分析。方法选取我院2010年1月至2010年12月所收治的200例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组与对照组各100例,观察组患者采用持续皮下胰岛素泵输注(CSⅡ)进行治疗,对照组患者采用胰岛素每日多点注射(MDI)进行治疗,跟踪随访两组患者3年,记录并比较1、2、3年的患者血糖水平(FBG、2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)含量、胰岛素分泌指数(Homa-β)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR),随访过程中并发症发生情况、再入院情况以及随访总花费费用。结果观察组患者1、2、3年血糖水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组Hb A1c、Homa-IR明显低于对照组(P<0.05),Homa-β明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组随访时间内并发症发生情况、再入院情况及随访总花费费用均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用CSⅡ对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗符合人体正常胰岛素分泌模式,血糖控制更好,远期并发症及花费更优于传统多点皮下胰岛素注射治疗,从长远来看CSⅡ是一种更加经济、有效的治疗方案。
