摘要
通过分析方波变压器的运行特性,提出了使用有间隙的交流方波电压作为方波变压器的输入电压,建立三相方波整流变压器的Simulink仿真模型,仿真结果与理论分析一致,验证了该模型的正确性和可行性。研究结果对改善电子束焊机高压电源性能有一定的实用价值。
The operation characteristics of the square-wave transformer is analyzed,it is presented that the use of gapped square-wave voltage as input voltage of the transformer. The simulating model of three-phase square-wave rectifier transformer is established. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The validity and feasibility of the model are verified. The research results have some pragmatic value to improve the performance of high voltage power supply of electron beam welding machine.
