摘要 新型人字齿同步带克服了传统直齿、斜齿同步带的缺点,以其传动误差小、承载能力强、噪声低、寿命长等优点得到了广泛的关注。基于Pro/E通过模型参数和尺寸关系的建立,完成了新型人字齿同步带及带轮的参数化建模,并应用同步带轮的参数化程序快速生成新的带轮,检验了程序,最后对模型进行三维装配,为新型人字齿同步带传动的研究提供了一种全齿模型,大大提高了研究效率,对新型人字齿同步带的结构及传动性能进行全面、系统的研究具有重要意义。 Double helical synchronous belt overcomes the shortcomings of the straight teeth and helical synchronous belt. Now it gets more attention with its excellent characteristics of low transmission error,high carrying capacity,low noise and long life. We build the parametric model for the belt and pulley through the method of establishing model parameters and size relationships in Pro/E. And in order to test the program,a new belt pulley is fast built by applying it. Finally,the synchronous belt and pulleys is assembled,which can be taken as a full teeth meshing model.Establishing parametric models greatly improve the efficiency and have significance to comprehensively and systematically research for the structure and transmission performance of double helical synchronous belt transmission.
