摘要 圆柱滚子轴承作为精密机床主轴中的核心部件,其安装游隙,是影响主轴使用寿命的重要因素之一。根据轴承工作时载荷与温度变化造成的游隙变化,预留补偿量,确定合适的安装游隙。设计一种圆柱滚子轴承专用安装量规,介绍该安装量规的安装法,精确控制安装游隙。通过对轴承安装位置的准确定位,以往通过人工经验调节游隙的方法得到改进,保证精密机床的加工精度,提高轴承工作寿命。 Cylindrical roller bearing as the core components of precision machine tool spindle,its installation clearance,is one of the important factors affecting the spindle service life. According to the clearance change caused by the load and the temperature changing when the bearings is working,reserved for the compensation amount,the appropriate installation clearance is determined. Design a special installation gauge for cylindrical roller bearing,introduce the installation method of the installation gauge,precise control the installation clearance. Through the accurate positioning of the bearing installation,the former installation of machine tool bearings are mainly implemented by artificial experience is improved. The accuracy of precision machine tools is ensured and the working life of bearing is optimized.
