摘要
针对某选煤厂尾矿处理浓缩机自投产运行9个月期间多次出现压耙事故,严重影响生产,浪费了大量的人力、物力问题,对压耙事故原因进行了分析,提出了技术改造方案。通过技术改造彻底解决了压耙事故的问题,保证了正常生产,每年为公司创造经济效益约60多万元。
On the tailing thickener treatment of a coal preparation plant,since put into operation during the 9 months of operation,repeated pressure rake accident,seriously affected the production,waste a lot of manpower and material resources;this article has carried on the analysis to the reason of pressure rake accident,put forward the technical transformation scheme;through technical transformation thoroughly settled pressure rake accident problem to ensure normal production,every year for the company to create economic benefits of about about 600000 yuan.
