摘要 根据地质岩心钻探技术和泥浆泵应用领域的发展,融合石油钻井泵技术,以提高泵的吸入性和易损件使用寿命为目地,确定了往复泵最适宜的活塞运动平均速度um<0.915m/s,泵速n≈150r/min。采用分体式模块化设计,选用汽车变速器和离合器作为变量泵的流量调节装置;Ⅰ型直通式液力端,自重球阀式泵阀;滚动轴承连接三曲拐曲柄连杆机构;现有泵的通用件。按照以上设计,对BW380/8型往复式泥浆泵进行了试制和性能测试试验。结果表明:各项指标均达到了设计要求,满足地质岩心钻探技术和往复式泥浆泵应用领域的发展需求。 According to the development of geology core drilling technology and mud pump applications,coalesced the oil drilling pump technology,in order to improve the pump intake and the service life of wearing parts for the purpose,determined the optimum average speed of the piston movement,um0.915m/s,pump speed,n ≈150r/min for reciprocation pump. The whole machine adopted the separate modular design,selected the auto transmission and clutch as the flow control device of variable pump,I straight-through type hydraulic end,gravityb ball valve type pump valve,With the antifrivtion bearing connected the crank-link mechanism of three crank,the existing pump interchangeable parts. Based on the above design,the BW380/8 type reciprocating pump was manufactured and done performance test. The results showed that all the indicators had reached the design requirements,met the geology core drilling technology and the demand for the development of reciprocating pump applications.
