摘要
准确测量钢丝绳长度的关键是确保钢丝绳与测量轮不打滑。提出了一种钢丝绳复绕方式,通过轻质测量轮的结构,计算验证了在此结构中钢丝绳与测量轮间不会打滑。实验结果也表明,利用该结构能准确测量钢丝绳长度。
In measuring the steel wire rope,the key problem is how to avoid skidding on measuring wheel. The structure of a wire rope around the complex measuring wheel is adopted. Proved theoretically that the steel wire rope and the measuring wheel can not slip in this structure. The experimental results also show that the structure can accurately measure the length of steel wire rope.
