摘要
通过对钎焊试件照片进行灰度化和二值化处理,并采用程序编写缺陷标号、边界提取、面积标定等手段对试件照片进行自动检测和分析,从而减少人为因素对检测结果的影响,为钎焊工艺的可行性提供了更为精确的缺陷定量分析数据。
This article through to the brazing specimen photographs were gray and two value processing,and the use of Programming Flaws label and boundary extraction and area calibration and other means of automatic detection and Analysis on the test piece of pictures,so as to reduce the influence of human factors on test results. The feasibility for brazing technology provides a more accurate defect quantitative data analysis.
