摘要
以ZL50轮式装载机动臂为研究对象,对动臂结构进行了设计,确定了动臂各铰点的位置、动臂的长度及动臂的结构与形状。采用Workbench有限元分析软件,对动臂在极限工况下的状态进行结构静力分析,得出动臂的应力及变形云图,经过校验动臂满足强度和刚度要求,为动臂设计分析提供了一种方便、省时的方法。
The ZL50 wheel loader boom is taken as research object in this thesis. The structure of boom is designed,the position of boom hinged points,the length,structure and shape of boom are determined. With the static structural analysis of boom under maximum condition done by Workbench,which is one of the finite element analysis software,the structure stress responses and displacement responses are got. It is verified to satisfy the requirements of strength and stiffness,which provides a convenient and time-saving method for the design and analysis of boom.
