钢轨铣磨列车用集屑装置的设计研究

Design and Research of Iron Filings Collection Device Used on Rail Milling Train

钢轨铣磨列车在作业过程中会有大量铁屑被铣刀盘铣削下来,铁屑掉落到钢轨上既影响列车运行又造成资源浪费。针对此问题,经过现场调研及大量计算,设计出一台集屑装置,对铁屑进行有效收集。

When the rail milling train operating,A lot of iron fillings are milled down by the milling cutter. The iron filings falling to the rail not only affects the trains operation,but also causes the waste of resources. Aiming at this problem,after the field investigation and a large amount of calculation,we have designed a set of iron fillings collection device,which can collect the iron fillings effectively.
