Application of Mobile Guide Mechanism in General Welding Positioned

随着工程机械行业的发展,客户的需求更加层级化和个性化,故为了满足不同客户的需求,同品种多系列的产品不断上市,然而每增加一种规格的产品,就应该增加相应的工艺装备,因此,为了节约成本,匹配产能,如何提升工艺装备的通用性是关键。我们通过不断探索、总结经验,设计出适用于焊接3个系列平地机前车架的通用变位器,以及介绍该变位器如何实现通用性的设计过程。

With the development of construction machinery industry,the demands of customers are more levels and personalization. In order to meet the needs of different customers,the same variety products with different series have come into the market. At the same time,the fixtures for different series products should be on stream. Therefore,in order to save costs,and match productive capacity,how to improve the versatility technology of fixtures is more and more important. Through constantly researching and summarizing experiences,a general fixture was designed for welding front frame of three series graders. The process of the design of the fixture is introduced in this paper.
