摘要
阐述了深冷处理对SLD和Cr12冷冲模具材料钢在硬度、耐磨性,脆性韧性等性能的影响。通过热处理厂家和客户实践结果表明,深冷处理细化了材料的内部组织,提高了硬度,减少了脆性,明显改善了冷冲模具钢的冲击韧性,增加了工件耐用度,从而大大提高模具钢的生产效率与使用寿命。
This article discusses the influence of subzero treatment on SLD and Cr12 cold punching mold material steel in hardness,wear resistance,and brittle ductile etc. Practice result of heat treatment factories and clients indicates that subzero treatment not only refines internals of the material,enhance its hardness,and improve its fragility,but also improve the impact toughness of cold punching mold steel obviously,enhance its workpieces' endurance and greatly improve the production efficiency and serve life of the mold Steel.
