铝合金等轻量化材料在汽车业的地位日渐重要。概述了材料点焊工艺的研究现状,着重分析了铝合金材料的可焊性、电极寿命、接头强度、焊接过程监测与控制等几个方面的研究现状,并对将来的发展进行了展望。

Aluminum alloy and other lightweight materials take an increasingly important position in the automotive industry. This paper summarizes the current status of resistance spot welding process,it focuses on current status of the research about solderability,electrode life,joint strength,welding process monitoring and control of aluminum material,and it makes the prospect of the development in the future.
