7种杀菌剂对马铃薯晚疫病菌孢子囊的抑菌效果测定研究

摘要 采用孢子囊萌发率的方法测定了大生M-45、杀毒矾、金雷、世高、克露、凯克灵、进富等7种杀菌剂对马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑制效果。结果表明:克露对马铃薯晚疫病菌孢子囊的防治效果最好,在稀释至80 000倍液时对孢子囊的抑制率仍高达35.66%,进富的抑制效果最差。因此,克露可以作为马铃薯晚疫病后期药剂防治的主要药剂。 The inhibitory effects of Dasheng M-45 ,Shadufan ,Jinlei ,Shigao, Kelu, Kaikeling and Jinfu on Phytophthora infestans was determined.The results indicated that Kelu had significant effect against sporangium of P.Infestans.The inhibitory effect on sporangium germination was 35.66% under the concentration of 80 000 times dilution.The inhibitory effect of Jinfu was the lowest, so Kelu could be used to control Phytophthora infestans.
