白银市强湾村农民就业存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Farmers′ Employment of Qiangwan Village in Baiyin City

"三农"问题是贯穿中国现代化过程的基本问题,而农民问题是"三农"问题的核心,要解决农民问题,关键是要解决农民就业问题。通过对强湾村农民就业现状进行分析研究,指出农民就业面临着就业观念落后、就业不稳定、就业服务体系不完善等诸多问题,针对问题提出相应的对策,以期为更好地解决农民就业问题提供参考依据。

Three dimensional rural issues are basic problems in the process of Chinese modernization, and issue of farmers are the core of three rural dimensional issues,to solve the farmers＇ problems,the key is to solve the problem of farmers＇ employment.Based on the research of farmer employment situation of Qiangwan Village in Baiyin City,it pointed out that farmers＇ employment was facing backward concept of employment, employment instability,employment service system imperfect and other many issues ,and appropriate countermeasures against the problem were proposed,in order to provide a reference for better solve the employment problems of farmers.
