摘要 为满足新食品安全背景下的高素质人才需求,食品安全课程更应该注重培养学生自主分析、解读食品安全事件成因并给出应对方案的能力。传统的"满堂灌"式教学模式下学生的主观能动性得不到释放,培养收效甚微。本文尝试引入案例教学法,引导学生独立分析和解决实际问题,同时对改革的可行性、科学性、重要性进行探讨,并在如何实现无缝嵌合、选择案例、实践新型教学模式几个层面进行了理论探索,以期为高素质食品人才的培养提供理论基础。 To meet the demand for high-quality talent of new food safety background ,food safety course should underline the ability cultivation of students in independent-analysis, canses-hunting and solution-proposing of the food safety events. Due to the cramming teaching model dominate for a long time, students' subjective initiative is confined and the training with little effect. This paper tried to introduce case teaching in food safety course to guide students to analyze and solve practical problems independently. This paper discussed the feasibility,scientificity and significance of this combination, as well in how to realize the perfect joint, cases selecting, new teaching mode practicing, and tried to make some useful basic research for the cultivation of high-quality talents in the field of food.
