APP/PS1双转基因小鼠阿尔茨海默病模型研究进展 被引量:4

Progress of APP/PS1 double transgenic mice model for Alzheimer's disease

摘要 人类AD按遗传分为散发性AD及家族性AD;按发病年龄分为早发型AD及晚发型AD.β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)级联学说主要由家族性AD有关的基因能增加Aβ产生、聚集及Aβ的毒性作用等研究部分组成.家庭性AD大多数病例分别与位于1、14、19和21号染色体基因某些位点突变相关.分别转入人类14、21号染色体的PS1(早老蛋白-1)、淀粉样前体蛋白(APP)基因的APP/PS1双转基因鼠模型可模拟AD的发病及部分病理变化.本文主要对APP/PS1双转基因AD模型鼠遗传学基础、病理学变化及行为学改变等进行探讨.
