摘要
作为一种无创性的眼科临床诊断技术,光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)在视网膜疾病诊断中发挥着重要的作用。随着OCT从时域时代进入到频域时代,高速扫描和高分辨率的OCT为视网膜的分层识别带来了巨大的进展,而随着深度成像OCT的发展,很多以往不能成像的眼组织深层结构也得以观察。在未来的发展中,OCT的分辨率和穿透力将进一步提升,而功能性OCT,如多普勒OCT的出现,也将使OCT在现代眼科诊断中发挥更加重要的作用。
As a non-invasive diagnostic option in ophthalmology, optical coherence tomography ( OCT) has brought significant development in the early diagnosis of retinal disease. With the development of OCT from time-domain type to today ’ s spectral-domain type models , high-speed and high resolution OCT enables the identification of retinal layers. Deep range imaging OCT is now in use and promise insights in the deep tissues that we can not see in the past. Future developments in the improvement of the resolution.extension of the penetration depth and new functional OCT are to be expected. New modalities such as Doppler OCT provide additional information about blood flow measurements. With these and further new developments , OCT will continue to be an invaluable instrument in the armamentarium of modern ophthalmology.
