摘要
目的分析CEUS技术评价大鼠肝纤维化分期与肾血流灌注的相关性。方法健康雄性Wistor大鼠50只,随机选取44只,经硫代乙酰胺诱导为肝纤维化模型(肝纤维化组),6只作为对照组。于造模后第4、8、12周分别选取12只肝纤维化组大鼠及2只对照组大鼠行CEUS检查。比较各期(S0-S4)肝纤维化大鼠肾血流灌注情况及时间-强度曲线检测指标变化,并进行统计学分析。结果与其他各期和对照组比较,S4期大鼠肾皮质血流时间-强度曲线峰值强度减低、达峰时间延长、曲线下面积减小(P均〈0.05)。峰值强度、曲线下面积与肝纤维化分期呈负相关(P均〈0.01);达峰时间与肝纤维化分期呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论 CEUS结合时间-强度曲线可定量分析不同程度肝纤维化大鼠肾血流灌注情况。肾皮质CEUS参数变化与大鼠肝纤维化分期密切相关。
Objective To analyze the correlation of the liver fibrosis stages and renal perfusion in rats using CEUS.Methods In 50 healthy male Wistar rats,44 were randomly dealed with thioacetamide as hepatic fibrosis group,6were selected as control group,12 rats in hepatic fibrosis group and 2rats in control group underwent CEUS in 4,8and 12 weeks after being molding.The renal blood perfusion of different hepatic fibrosis periods(S0—S4)and the changes of time-intensity curve were observed and statistical anlysis.Results Compared with others stages and control group,the peak intensity decreased,the peak time prolonged,the area under the curve decreased in S4(all P〈0.05).The peak intensity,area under the curve negatively correlated with fibrosis stages(both P〈0.01),the arrive time positively correlated with fibrosis staging(P〈0.01).Conclusion CEUS combined with time-intensity curves can be used to quantitatively analyze the renal blood perfusion in rats with different degree of liver fibrosis.Renal cortex CEUS parameters are closely related to the stages of liver fibrosis in rats.
