摘要
肺癌发病率、死亡率较高,早发现、早诊治可明显改善预后。目前,随着MSCT硬件及软件的发展,关于低剂量CT(LDCT)扫描筛查肺癌的研究取得了较大的进展。肺部具有较高的自然对比,且通过调整CT机扫描参数、优化成像方式,可在尽可能降低辐射剂量的同时获得满足影像诊断需要的图像,提高肺部结节的检出率。除扫描相关因素的影响,结节本身的大小、密度、分布也是影响检出率的因素。本文对LDCT在肺癌筛查方面的研究进展做一综述。
The morbidity and mortality of lung cancer is high.Early detection,diagnosis and treatment can improve the prognosis obviously.Nowadays,with the developments of CT hardware and software,the low-dose spiral/helical computed tomography(LDCT)have made great advances in lung cancer detecting.The lung owns high natural contrast,which can get a satisfying image and enhance the detection rate by adjusting the CT scanning parameters and optimizing the imaging methods,while reducing the radiation dose as much as possible.Besides the effects of scanning,the size,density and location of nodules are also the factors of affecting detection rate.Research progresses of low-dose chest CT detecting pulmonary cancer were reviewed in this article.
