HIF-1α和碳酸酐酶Ⅸ在鼻咽癌中表达及其与患者预后关系 被引量:5

摘要 肿瘤内血管结构和功能异常及肿瘤内氧分压下降或氧弥散障碍,均可导致恶性实体瘤内乏氧.乏氧可诱导启动一系列复杂的基因表达程序,此过程常由HIF-1α介导调控.碳酸酐酶Ⅸ是HIF-1α下游的一个与肿瘤乏氧相关的靶基因.目前已发现多种恶性肿瘤组织中HIF-1α和碳酸酐酶Ⅸ呈高表达状态,且其表达状况与肿瘤发生发展、放化疗抗拒和不良预后相关.本研究对129例鼻咽癌标本HIF-1 α和碳酸酐酶Ⅸ蛋白表达进行检测,探讨两者表达状况与鼻咽癌临床病理特征及患者预后关系.
