从受援角度谈远程会诊与教学在基层医院影像科应用

Discussion about the Application of Tele-consultation and Teaching in Imaging Department of Basic-level Hospitals from the Perspective of Aid Receiving

目的:探讨可持续的远程会诊与教学模式,切实提高远程会诊与教学效果。方法:对北医三院与延庆县医院放射科对口支援远程会诊与教学模式应用3年来获得的效果进行分析,分析可持续利用原因。结果:北医三院与延庆县医院放射科对口支援远程会诊与教学的模式得到切实充分的利用,通过远程教学使延庆县医院放射科整体水平有较大提高。通过远程会诊使疑难病例得到专家指导。结论:从受援角度看北医三院与延庆县医院远程会诊与教学模式非常值得推广应用,可切实提高基层医院影像科水平,从根本上解决患者看病难、看病贵问题,缓解城乡及区域卫生事业发展不平衡。

Objective To study the sustainable remote consultation and teaching mode, and improve the remote consultation andteaching effect. Method： The effect of the support of remote consultation and teaching model provided by Radiology Department ofPeking University Third Hospital and Yanqing County Hospital in the last 3 years is analyzed, and the cause of sustainable utilizationis analyzed. Results： The support of remote consultation and teaching model provided by Radiology Department of Peking UniversityThird Hospital and Yanqing County Hospital is made full use of. Through the remote teaching, the overall level of RadiologyDepartment of Yanqing County Hospital is greatly improved. Through remote consultation, difficult and complicated cases get experts＇advice. Conclusion： From the perspective of aid receiving, the remote consultation and teaching model of Peking University ThirdHospital and Yanqing County Hospital is worthy of popularization and application. It can improve the level of Imaging Departmentin basic-level hospitals, fundamentally solve the problem of difficulty and high cost to get medical service of patients, and alleviate theunbalanced development of urban and rural and regional health service.
