安全可信的医院数据交换平台的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 军队医院信息化在军字一号工程的牵引下,经过多年的发展,医院信息化基本覆盖了医院管理、医疗、教学、科研、后勤等各个环节和流程,形成了门类齐全的信息化体系。这些系统因业务而独立,形成了信息孤岛问题,大量的医疗、办公、药品、资产等信息数据因不能共享而难以利用。提出了统一标识和安全可信的数字化医院数据交换平台设计与实现方案,建立交换信息库从数据库层面解决数据交换共享问题、病人统一标识解决跨院信息共享、基于真实源地址验证技术(SAVI)的基础网络从网络层面解决信息安全可信传输,三者相互融合互为依赖组成数字化医院数据交换平台,为实现军队医院信息资源融合和安全交互提供有效的解决方案。 With the development of the No.1 military health project for many years , the military hospital informatization basicallycovers all steps and processes of hospital management, medical treatments, teaching, research, becomes a completed information system.These systems are independent of each other from the different fields of professional work, lead to "information isolated island", soa large number of medical, office, medicines, assets and information data cannot be Shared and difficult to use. This paper presentsa digital hospital data exchange platform based an unified identity and a safe and reliable network. It shares the data from differentprofessinal systems by establishing a exchange information database on the level of database, share the patient information across thedifferent hospitals by creating an unified patient identity, achieves the security reliable information transmission by establishing thenetwork of SAVA on the level of network. The three parts put together as a data exchange platform of digital hospital to offer aneffective solution of the military hospital information resources integration and safe interation.
