张仲景芍药配伍特点研究

Research on Peony Compatibility Characteristics by Zhang Zhongjing

张仲景在《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》中共有63方用芍药,其配伍有独到之处。芍药不同配伍分别具有调和营卫、缓急止痛、清热止利、润肠通便、养阴补血、利小便的作用,且剂量不同其作用亦随之不同。凡用作解肌和营时,剂量用至3两;凡用作缓急止痛时,剂量均重用,达6两;凡用作养阴补血柔肝时,剂量用至1斤;凡用作利小便时,剂量用至3两。从剂型上看,汤剂用量偏大,丸、散剂用量偏小。提示在不同病证,不同配伍的情况下应用芍药的剂量迥然有别。

Peony is used in 63 prescriptions between Shanhanlun and Jingui Yaolue written by Zhang Zhongjing,its compatibility is u- nique in particular. Peony has the roles of regulating Ying and Wei,relieving pain,clearing heat and anti-diarrhea,nourishing bowel to relieve constipation,replenishing the vital essence and the blood and diuresis by different combinations with others. And it has different effect in different dosage,when used as regulating Ying and Wei where the dose with three Liang（两）;Where used as relieving pain, the dose is reused up to six Liang（两）;Where used as replenishing the vital essence,blood and liver,the dose is 1 Jin（斤）;Where used as diuresis,the dose with three Liang（两）. Judging from the dosage form,the amount of decoction is larger than pill and powder. The conclusion is that the dose of peony is utterly different in different syndrome and compatibility.
