中药外用治疗痔疮特点分析

中药外用治疗痔疮有很好的临床疗效,但中药外用治疗痔疮的安全性还有待评估,同时相应的临床操作规范也鲜有统一的标准,另外治疗痔疮的外用中药品种也需要进一步的扩充。基于该研究思路并结合中医对痔疮的病因病机的认知,开展系统的治疗痔疮的外用中药研究是今后中药外用功能研究的一大热点,同时对已有治疗痔疮的中药外用处方安全性及作用机制系统性的研究将是提升中药外用治疗痔疮临床有效率的关键。另外,对临床外用技术操作的规范化、人性化研究,不仅是促进中药外用治疗痔疮的临床应用关键,更是方便患者,使中医走进百姓生活的良好机遇。
