名老中医张介眉对“医者意也”的理解及运用

张介眉教授非常推崇兵法医学,并认为兵法与医学相暗合之处在于"医者意也"。医者意也:首先是要求医生勤于思考,其次是要求医生懂得灵活应变,还要求医生懂得触类旁通,最重要的是要求医生要谨慎留意。张教授经过多年的理论研究及临证实践对"医者意也"的内涵进行了深入的阐释,并将此理论运用于临床。所列3个典型病案中,张教授根据遂漏不止、痤疮内有脓液者,体液清稀下流等典型症状,在辨证施治的前提下灵活用药。总之,对于丰富中医临床理论,扩展方剂适应证,提高临床疗效大有裨益,值得后学之辈揣摩体会,继承并发扬光大。

In a word,the thought has great advantage for enriching the clinical theory of traditional Chinese medicine, expanding prescription indications,improving clinical curative effects,and which is worthy of understanding for younger generation,and inheriting and carrying forward.
