Experience of Wang Keqin in Treating Emotional Disease

王克勤教授辨治情志病的经验主要体现在以下几个方面:1探本求源,发微病机。首先,注重寻找直接致病的心理因素;第二,尽管情志变化太过是发病的主因,但外界环境的变化亦应予以重视;第三,人的体质为情志产生的个性基础,其性格特点的形成及变化,还与社会因素、疾病因素密切相关,必须通过问诊才能了解;第四,四诊合参辨病情,同时认为情志病的发生与季节性有一定的关系。2明确病位,五脏分治。情志致病与五脏虚实互为因果。3形神合一,身心并治。临床上对情志病或者心身疾病的辨证,要从形神合一整体观、阴阳动态平衡观、三才整体宇宙观、五脏情志相应观出发,慎察病机,辨明病证,在"形神合一"理论指导下心身并治。

Professor Wang Keqinˊs experience in the differentiation and treatment of emotional disease embodies in the following as- pects：①exploration the origin,the elucidation of pathogenesis. Firstly,pay attention to the psychological factors directly causing dis- ease;Secondly,although alteration of emotion is main cause of the disease,but the change of the external environment also should attach importance to it;Thirdly,the personˊs physique is the personality base of emotional generation,and the formation and change of the character also are closely related with social and disease factors,must through the inquiry to understand;Fourthly,synthesis of the four diagnostic methods to differentiate disease condition,at the same time,there is a certain relationship between emotional disease and sea- sonal change.②Clear position of disease,treatment of the five organs. Emotion disease and deficiency and excess of five viscera are re- ciprocal causation.③Unity of body and soul,and treatment of mind and body. Clinical syndrome differentiation emotional and psychoso- matic disease should be starting from holistic view of unity of appearance and spirit,dynamic balance of Yin and Yang,three talents o- verall world view,five organs emotional corresponding view to distinguish pathogenesis and syndrome,under the guidance of 〝unity of body and soul〝 theory for treatment of mind and body.
