饮食控制配合运动疗法治疗儿童重度肥胖 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察饮食控制配合运动疗法对对重度肥胖患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取44例重度肥胖患儿作为研究对象,予以饮食控制配合运动疗法治疗,0.5 a后比较治疗前后体质量、身高、身体质量指数(BMI)、血脂(TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和超敏C反应蛋白(h CRP)的变化情况。结果:治疗后患儿体质量下降不明显(P>0.05),身高较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05),BMI明显下降(P<0.05);TC、LDL-C、TG、HCY、h CRP浓度较治疗前亦明显下降(P<0.05);HDL-C浓度无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:对重度肥胖儿童予以饮食控制配合运动疗法可降低BMI,同时也可改善血脂、HCY和h CRP等与成人心血管疾病密切相关的危险因素。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of diet control combined with exercise therapy on severe obesity in children. Meth- ods:44 cases of children with severe obesity as the research object were given diet control combined with exercise therapy. After six months,body weight,height,body mass index( BMI),blood lipid( TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG),homocysteine( HCY)and high sensitive C reactive protein( hCRP)changes were compared before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,weight didnˊt decrease significantly (P﹥0. 05);Height increased significantly(P﹤0. 05);BMI decreased significantly(P﹤0. 05);TC,LDL-C,TG,HCY and hCRP con- centration also decreased significantly(P﹤0. 05);There was no significant change in HDL-C(P﹥0. 05). Conclusion:Severely obese children with diet control and exercise therapy can reduce BMI,at the same time also can improve risk factors which is closely related to the adult cardiovascular disease,such as blood lipid,HCY and h CRP.
